All items to be returned must adhere to the following conditions in order for a refund/ exchange of the returned goods to be processed:
Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (eg.warranty certificates, instruction manuals) tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt denoting proof of payment within 30 days of the invoiced date.
All merchandise to be returned must be unused. Any products returned with a sign of damage - original factory seal tampered or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis-use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.
We do not reimburse / refund shipping charges on returned products with the exception of and ONLY when the returned merchandise is warranted for exchange due to a faulty error by Syntricate (incorrect or defective items shipped over etc.)
Sale items are only subjected to the exchange policy. No refunds can be processed on sale items.
All refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $8.00 administrative fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days once the returned goods have been shipped out to our designated warehouse.
If you need to return an item, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Please login to your account page and click on completed order (left hand menu)
2. Select the relevant order
3. Click on 'Return Item' and Choose a Return Reason.
4. Fill in details and submit request
Please do not send any goods back until you receive a Returns Number and relevant instructions from us denoting our Returns Procedures.
In instances where the return time has prolonged and is after 30 days, you will need to process an exchange by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as long as the product is in its original retail packaging. For items not returned in the original conditions; the exchange, if any is solely at the discretion of Syntricate.com.au. No refund will be made after 30 days of the original purchase shipping date. You must contact us on of your intend to return an item for exchange purposes.
