AUSTRALIA DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

Syntricate.com.au delivers within Australia using Australia Post eParcel Express Delivery services Only. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays.

  • We make every effort to ensure all orders received before 12pm AEST are shipped same day. Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday (NSW) will not be processed until the next business day. If your order is placed after 12pm on a business day, it will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Express delivery is available for Australian delivered orders within a certain network location. If you live outside of the qualifying postcodes, Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.
  • Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. For further information regarding the Australia Post terms and conditions surrounding their Express Post service, please refer to the Australian Post website (www.austpost.com.au).
  • Syntricate ship to PO BOXES & Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
  • The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

  • All Orders are shipped out of our Sydney (Castle Hill) Warehouse
  • The number of days refers to the number of business days. Delivery times are based on information from our shipping partner (Australia Post) and are subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
  • Some Remote Parts of Australia it might take bit longer
  • If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.
  • All delivery requires signature.

  • In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@syntricate.com.au and we can look into your order for you.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

STANDARD DELIVERY COST IS AU$10.00 OR EXPRESS POST IS AU$25.00 PER ORDER

  • We use Australia Post to deliver parcel in New Zealand. Please allow 5- 7 working days for delivery in Metro cities. Some items may take longer - subject to stock levels and availability. Regional country areas may take up to 10 working days. All deliveries can be tracked online.
  • You may also choose to select to have order sent by Australia Post International Express Post for an extra charge of $25. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in Metro cities. Regional and more remote areas can expect delivery to be slightly longer. All deliveries can be tracked online.
  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.
  • The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.
  • We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the New Zealand Government.
  • The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault

Do you ship any other Country?

At this point in time we only ship to New Zealand. However, as international postage charges make it more reasonable we will assess expanding beyond these two countries. So please keep checking our website and/or subscribe to our Newsletter for regular updates.
