All orders are shipped out of our Castle Hill NSW Warehouse. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on any business day are sent out on the same day.
Orders placed on any weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Our orders are sent out via Australia Post Express eParcel, hence you should receive your parcel on the following day if you reside in any metro area within Australia (For regional and rural areas please see our shipping page for more info.)
