Pros- great noise cancellation, excellent battery life and charging case also excellent.

Cons-doesn't fit the best and have to manually answer calls as voice answering doesn't work

Happy!

I bought this because I lost my previous headset, same model. Sound is good, love wind cancellation. Thrilled that I bought the case too, helps with carrying it around. Can't fault it really. A quick search on world wide web still puts this at number 1. So yes, all in all, I'm happy with this purchase!

Not so good

When using it with a laptop on Skype it is far too scratchy so it cannot be used. Otherwise I don't know, it is possible that with mobile phones it is very good. Music is OK from laptop. You have asked me first when I didn't know anything and hardly used it. Now I know more.

Plantronics headset

Love my Plantronics headset. This is the 3rd I’ve had over the years and by far the best. Love the charging dock too - really quick, headset is very comfortable and clear although could do with being a little louder on max volume sometimes.

No lag or echos finally when I’m in the car unless I’m talking to someone on the other end who’s in a car too then I know it’s their end that’s causing the problem.
