Excellent product, great and speedy delivery but customer service can improve further

Product - A quality wireless charger from Samsung. The design is elegant and blends in nicely with modern decor. Wireless fast charging is not as quick as wired fast charging. The charger is equipped with a fan for safety. Convertible design makes it a flexible charger, stand mode or lay it flat and you can charge your phone on either mode. Doesn't come with usb type C cable but you can use the one which came with your phone. I'm using this with my Note 8 and more importantly it charges with my Incipio case on.

Price offer and delivery- Got this at a lower price using pricewaiter. It is good that Syntricate allows customers to provide best offer which is pretty rare for online retailers aside from eBay. Response was quick too after you submit your best offer! Delivery was quick, well packed and via registered post + signature for security. Quick and efficient A+

Customer service- Needs more training. The representative I spoke to via chat was not very courteous and is probably too bored with his or her job. Which I understand considering you have to face many customers on a daily basis but the language and tone should have been more courteous. The person I spoken to was rather blunt and crude. My purchase had some problems due to PayPal and I provided them with the ref numbers etc and said I am not sure what happened but would appreciate if they could check... This person just started the sentence with " Look.... ", You do not talk to customers like that. I wasn't even…
